The Vulcan SC-350 cutting plotter is an advanced, super-fast desktop plotter for cutting stickers and labels from sheets with a maximum size of 350x500mm. The SC-350 was designed for fast and precise processing of self-adhesive materials. It is the ideal solution for automatic, precise and exceptionally fast cutting of stickers and labels in any shape. A simple system based on reading registration marks allows the Vulcan SC-350 to store thousands of cut-sheet templates in external memory. This means it can work as a label cutter, but there is nothing to prevent its main task from being cutting stickers, which are more highly personalized and therefore produced in smaller individual runs. Automation of the packaging production process is therefore one of the device’s key advantages.

The cutting settings allow labels and stickers to be cut from various materials. You can adjust the cutting force according to the sheet weight. Thanks to the built-in CCD camera and digital print-positioning system, the plotter scans the QR code and automatically matches cutting files from the job queue or USB memory. The plotter can retrieve cutting files from USB memory, allowing it to operate completely independently without being connected to a computer. This makes setup easier and, consequently, speeds up labelling and finishing.

The device comes with professional SignCut software, with the option to install a plugin for popular graphics programs such as Corel Draw and Illustrator.
