Security
The Viscar.pl Online Store meets very high standards for data storage security; both data storage and data transmission during authorization are encrypted. Personal data stored in the store system is used only to process customer orders.
Voluntary consent to the use of personal data also for the store's marketing purposes (subscription) allows Viscar.pl store staff to inform subscribed customers about special store offers.
The Viscar customer database has been registered with GIODO. In accordance with Polish law, every customer registered in the database has the right to access and edit their personal data. They also have the right to have their data completely removed from the store database.
Every customer who subscribes to the newsletter has the right to remove their e-mail address from the subscriber database.
Cookie usage policy
This Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User's devices by means of Cookies for the purpose of providing electronic services by Interspin Łukasz Kołodziej, operating under the VISCAR.pl brand
The controller and owner of the VISCAR.PL online store is INTERSPIN, Łukasz Kołodziej with its registered office in Warszawa at Al. Wilanowska 87/17. NIP 587-142-47-86 REGON 142994045, registered in the business activity register under no. 532099 by the Board of the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warszawa.
I Definitions:
- Cookies - means IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices through which the User accesses the Service's websites.
- First-party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Controller in connection with the provision of electronic services by the Controller through the Service.
- Third-party Cookies - means Cookies placed by the Controller's partners through the Service website.
- Service - means the website or application through which the Controller operates the online service, functioning in the domain(s) x-side.eu.
- Device - means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
- User - means an entity for whom, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, electronic services may be provided or with whom an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.
II. Types of Cookies Used
- The Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, they cannot be used to introduce viruses or other unwanted or malicious software onto Users' Devices. These files make it possible to identify the software used by the User and tailor the Service individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the time for which they are stored on the Device, and an assigned value.
- The Controller uses two types of cookies:
- Session Cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until the end of the relevant browser session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device's memory. The session cookie mechanism does not allow any personal data or confidential information to be retrieved from the User's Device.
- Persistent Cookies: these are stored on the User's Device and remain there until deleted. Ending a browser session or switching off the Device does not remove them from the User's Device. The persistent cookie mechanism does not allow any personal data or confidential information to be retrieved from the User's Device.
- The User may restrict or disable Cookies' access to their Device. If this option is used, the Service can still be used, except for functions that by their nature require Cookies.
III. Purposes for which Cookies are used
- The Controller uses First-party Cookies for the following purposes: configuring the Service, adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences, and optimizing use of the Service's websites;
- Recognizing the Service User's device and its location and displaying the website accordingly, tailored to the User's individual needs;
- Remembering settings selected by the User and personalizing the User interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or the region from which the User originates;
- Remembering the history of pages visited within the Service in order to recommend content; font size, website appearance, etc.
- Authenticating the user in the Service and maintaining the user's session in the Service, so that after logging in the Service User does not have to re-enter their login and password on every subpage of the Service;
- Correct configuration of selected Service functions, in particular enabling verification of the authenticity of the browser session; optimization and improvement of the performance of services provided by the Controller.
- Carrying out processes necessary for the full functionality of websites, adapting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing use of the Service's websites. In particular, these files make it possible to recognize the basic parameters of the User's Device and display the website appropriately, tailored to the User's individual needs;
- The service Controller uses Third-party Cookies for the following purposes:
- Presenting multimedia content on the Service's websites that is retrieved from an external website:

- Collecting general and anonymous statistical data through analytical tools:
- Google Analytics [cookie controller: Google Inc based in the USA]
- Using interactive functions to promote the Service through social networking services:
- Facebook.com [cookie controller: Facebook Inc based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland]
IV Important provisions:
- The Controller DOES NOT use Cookies for processing data for the purpose of displaying advertisements.
- The User may independently change Cookie settings at any time, specifying the conditions for storing Cookies and for Cookies to access the User's Device. The User may make the changes referred to in the preceding sentence using the web browser settings or service configuration. In particular, these settings may be changed so as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to provide notification each time Cookies are placed on the User's device. Detailed information about the possibility and methods of handling cookies is available in the software settings (web browser). The User may delete Cookies at any time using the functions available in the web browser they use. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some functions available on the Service website.

in connection with the GDPR
In connection with the change in personal data protection regulations and the entry into force of the so-called GDPR on 25 May 2018, we inform you that Interspin processes your personal data in connection with purchases made by you (hereinafter: the "Agreement"). The data processed includes:
- registered business name, NIP and REGON number of the entrepreneur
- address and delivery address for orders
- telephone number and e-mail address of the order recipient
The controller of personal data is: Łukasz Kołodziej, owner of Interspin Łukasz Kołodziej with its registered office in Warszawa, (hereinafter: the "Controller").
The Controller informs you that:
- Your personal data is processed for purposes related to performance of the Agreement and for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller;
- The data provided is processed pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a), lit. b) and lit. f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
- Personal data will be stored for the period specified by law, until the limitation period for the tax liability expires, and in the case of the Controller's legally justified purposes for the duration of their implementation, and on the basis of your consent – until that consent is withdrawn;
- You have the right to request that the Controller rectify, erase or restrict the processing of personal data.
- You have the right to "be forgotten"; in that case, personal data, except for the registration data of the company for which financial documents were previously issued, will be deleted.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with GIODO (and from the date the new authority is established, with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law;
- The personal data originates from the person to whom the data relates;
- Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to perform the Agreement; failure to provide personal data makes performance of the Agreement impossible;
- Your data may be processed in the form of analytical profiling in order to tailor the services and offer addressed by the Controller to your needs and to take measurements that will allow the Controller to improve the services it provides; Binding decisions are not automated.
- We also inform you that under the accounting services agreement and the personal data processing agreement concluded between Interspin and Kancelaria Doradcy Podatkowego Robert Adam Okulski, your data: company name, NIP number and address, is processed on behalf of the Controller by Kancelaria Doradcy Podatkowego Robert Adam Okulski. The data is processed solely within the scope required to perform the accounting services agreement.
