The upper working roller reaches a lamination temperature of up to 60ºC, ensuring bubble-free lamination without a moiré effect.

Temperature adjustment is performed using a digital display showing the current temperature, while LED indicators signal that the device is heating up or ready for operation.

The laminator is operated using a button on the panel or a foot switch, with smooth lamination speed adjustment via a control knob.

The device allows the rotation direction to be changed. The upper laminating roller rises to a height of 30mm. Raising and lowering are controlled pneumatically. The pressure force is adjusted using a pressure reducer. The laminator requires a 230V electrical supply and compressed air.

The laminator has four feed and take-up rollers with tension adjustment: two feed rollers and two active take-up rollers.

All rollers feature tension adjustment, making operation easier and minimizing the risk of web skewing. Lamination is performed automatically, increasing work efficiency. The laminator feeds the laminate, winds the liner, unwinds the graphic, and winds the laminated material onto the take-up roll.

• The feed roller unwinds the material to be laminated with adjustable tension.
• The take-up roller winds the laminated media. The take-up roller operates continuously or is activated using a gravity roller.

The device is equipped with a longitudinal cutting system with three or four independent knives, depending on the laminator model.

Replaceable knives mounted behind the laminating roller can cut laminated prints into narrower webs or trim off excess material. The knives are mounted on an adjustable shaft, allowing the knife set to be repositioned during operation without stopping.
