EXCALIBUR | Target White, White 5.8kg

Excalibur Target White ink is a very economical white ink designed for plastisol prints on cotton. Target White is a compromise between an exceptionally low price and the reasonable quality offered by branded inks.  It combines most of the features of Excalibur inks (good viscosity, high opacity and a smooth surface) with a very attractive price. It can be used as an underbase and for one-color prints. It is suitable for use on manual or automatic carousels.

Application:

Composition:
Lead-free, phthalate-free plastisol inks

Characteristics:

• Good opacity at an exceptionally attractive ink price.
• Balanced viscosity, allowing easy work when using fine-mesh screens, produces sharp graphic edges
• Contains no heavy metals, including harmful phthalates.
• Smooth surface after printing
• Can be used for cold-peel plastisol transfers

Screens:
For direct printing, 80-230 mesh screens can be used,

For transfers: 80-125 mesh screens

Curing:
Gelling - 116°C

The ink fully sets after reaching 160°C for 15 seconds
Curing time always depends on the amount of ink used. Lighter prints and applications with a large amount of ink will require a longer heating time.

Can be used with 501 gelling reducer, which reduces ink viscosity (max addition approx. 5%)
