EXCALIBUR | Series 700, Metallic Colors

Excalibur Series 700 consists of versatile plastisol inks for screen printing in metallic colors. The content of metallic additives is high enough to create an excellent visual effect, while consisting of fine crystals that can easily be applied through fine screens (up to 43T)

Application:
For automatic presses and manual work

Composition:
Lead-free, phthalate-free plastisol inks

Curing:
154 - 160 °C (light colors require longer curing)

Ink coagulation occurs at 126°C
Curing time always depends on the amount of ink used. Lighter prints and applications with a large amount of ink will require a longer curing time.

Screens:
For direct printing - 16T-43Tcm (40-110/inch)
For plastisol transfers - 16T-43Tcm (40-110/inch)
