Excalibur High Opacity ink is an economical white ink designed for a wide range of plastisol prints, both as an underbase and for white prints. Suitable for use on manual and automatic carousel presses.

Application:

Composition:
Lead-free, phthalate-free plastisol inks

Key features:

• Can be used for cold-peel plastisol transfers

Screens:
86-125 mesh screens may be used for printing

Curing:
Gelling - 116°C

The ink fully cures after reaching 160°C for 15 seconds
Curing time always depends on the amount of ink used. Lighter prints and applications with a large amount of ink will require a longer curing time.

Can be used with 501 gelling reducer to reduce ink viscosity (max. addition approx. 5%)
