EXCALIBUR | 565 White Fast Flash, White 5.8 kg

Excalibur Fast Flash ink is a white ink designed for fast printing.  Fast Flash speeds up production by nearly half compared with other inks. Gelling takes as little as 2 seconds, depending on the power and settings of the flash-curing unit!

It is a well-covering white ink with suitably high viscosity. For use on cotton substrates and cotton-polyester blends (testing is required before starting production runs).

Fast Flash also provides a smooth surface, perfectly preparing the substrate for subsequent print layers.

Lead-free, phthalate-free plastisol inks

Screens:
40-305 mesh screens may be used for printing

Curing:
Gelling - 116°C

The ink fully cures after reaching 160°C for 15 seconds
Curing time always depends on the amount of ink used. Lighter prints and applications with a large amount of ink will require a longer curing time
