VASTEX AirFlash is a premium unit designed to cure screen-printing ink during the printing process.

Vastex AirFlash is a curing unit with an 18-inch (46 cm) square lamp or an 18 x 24-inch (46 x 61 cm) lamp, a fan, two available heater outputs, digital temperature control, and a 15-year heater warranty.

The AirFlash™ Flash Cure from Vastex is a technologically advanced unit for interstage screen-printing drying.

To avoid garment shrinkage during rapid ink curing, AirFlash combines infrared radiation with forced airflow, cooling the surface of the garment being cured. This reduces the risk of melting and scorching printed materials such as nylon, polyester, elastane, and other heat-sensitive fabrics and knits.

The unit features a 140 cfm (238 m3/h) fan with filtered air intake, which can evenly distribute clean, heated air over delicate fabrics such as nylon. When curing standard textiles, the airflow can be directed to cool the outer layer.

Digital controls enable precise temperature adjustment from zero to 100% for repeatable results, diagnostic indicator lights facilitate monitoring, and a solid-state relay ensures long-lasting, reliable operation.
