Vastex D-100 screen printing tunnel

Basic screen printing tunnel for working with textiles and plastisol transfers.
The 45.7 cm wide belt cures up to 110 garments with plastisol prints or 50 garments with discharge prints.
Adjustable height and heater angle, high thermal efficiency and adjustable belt speed provide full control over the unit.

The tunnel is equipped with a highly efficient IR emitter that eliminates cold spots and provides the power needed to produce perfect transfers. It is suitable for making plastisol transfers onto transfer paper and film, as well as curing adhesive in DTF transfers.

The D-100 model has a tilting heater, which is ideal for curing items such as hats or mugs.
The powerful infrared heater has heat shields that increase the unit's efficiency.
