VASTEX | Little Red X1D Screen Printing Tunnel

Ultra-compact yet exceptionally efficient dryer for curing DTG and screen-printed designs.

Thanks to the design of the Little Red X1D tunnel and its two heating zones—the first responsible for instantly heating the surface and gelling the inks, and the second for maintaining proper curing conditions—the dryer is ideal for drying high volumes of DTG prints made with inks from all manufacturers.

The compact, modular design allows the dryer to be installed in any workshop, even a very small one. Transport through narrow doorways is no problem.

The Vastex Little Red X1D can be modified to suit your needs by adding, for example, heating elements (X2D, X3D), expanding the conveyor belt modules, or extending the print feeding or cooling zones.

This tunnel can cure up to 27 garments per hour printed with digital white ink, as well as screen-printed garments at speeds of up to 81 garments per hour when using water-based or discharge inks.

Working with Little Red series dryers eliminates the unpleasant effects of curing prints under a heat-transfer press (oilcloth-like effect, shiny, glossy prints).

The dryer includes all the features available in higher series, such as an adjustable IR emitter height ( with the option of drying prints on shoes, caps and hats), and a digital display of operating time and temperature.

Since 2019, the Little Red X1D has been available in two widths. This makes it the smallest heating tunnel with output equal to the most popular DTG printing systems.
The heating chamber is equipped with a first heating zone, enabling it to quickly reach the temperature required to cure printing inks, water-based inks and discharge inks.

LittleRed X1D-18 features an 18-inch (46cm) curing chamber, with a heating chamber across the entire belt width, and can dry digital white ink at a rate of up to 34 garments per hour with a 2-minute dwell time under the dryer
or up to 81 garments/hour with water-based ink, and cure up to 162 garments per hour printed with plastisol ink.

LittleRed X1D-30 with a 30-inch (76 cm) wide conveyor belt can dry digital white ink at a rate of up to 29 garments per hour with a 2-minute dwell time in the dryer
or up to 65 garments/hour with water-based ink, and cure up to 150 garments per hour in plastisol printing.
