VASTEX | D1000 Screen Printing Tunnel

Compact infrared screen printing tunnel with a capacity of up to 110 garments with plastisol prints or 50 garments with discharge prints per hour.
The 66 cm wide belt accommodates wider prints. Ideal for small-batch production, as well as producing plastisol transfers and transfers using the increasingly popular DTF technology.

Variable adjustment of both heat intensity and conveyor speed allows the drying process to be precisely adapted to the type of ink, ink coverage, desired curing temperature and printing speed of the items.

The heater can be raised, lowered and rotated using knobs located on the sides of the housing, depending on the thickness of the printed garment or the angle of the print on irregular items, to evenly cure the printed surface with minimal energy consumption. Heater shields are included as standard to maximize heat concentration and improve print quality.
