Hotronix® Dual Air Fusion

A dual-station, fully automatic heat transfer press combining innovative design with ergonomic operation. A press designed for producing large quantities of transfers in the shortest possible time.

Dual Air Fusion is an enhanced version of the Air Fusion, adding an extra worktable to its predecessor. It enables continuous transfer production and offers three operating modes: manual (single applications), semi-automatic (after applying a transfer on the first table, press the button to change the press position), and fully automatic (the press completes the entire application cycle).

The fully computerized menu enables the use of functions known from the Air Fusion, such as programming two operations on each worktable (e.g., preheating and film application), then moving the heating element over the second table and preparing it for further operation.

Like other presses in the Fusion series, Dual Fusion features easily interchangeable worktables available in a wide range of options. This solution allows transfers to be applied to different garment areas simultaneously in a single production cycle (e.g., a print on the back and sleeve of a shirt). This ensures very high productivity. The Dual Fusion press also features a highly precise pressure control system that adjusts the pressure to the thickness of the material being decorated. Whether applying transfers to a lightweight T-shirt or a thick fleece garment, the transfer process is performed with identical parameters.

Another advantage known from previous Fusion models is the ability to program operating conditions for multiple materials and save the parameters in the device’s memory. Every film, sublimation paper, plastisol heat transfer, or DTG print saved in the Dual Air Fusion menu will be produced with consistent parameters. Settings can be freely modified, new ones added, and unnecessary ones deleted.
