SECABO | TPD12 Press, 2 x 100x120cm

Secabo TPD12 is the right production machine for large-format production in the fields of sublimation, textile finishing and other transfer technologies. It features two worktables measuring 100 cm x 120 cm.

This pneumatic heat transfer press with a dual worktable has a heating power of 9.0 kW and is designed for a maximum pressure of 4 bar, equivalent to 140 g per cm² or 1700 kg on the XXL heating plate. This makes TPD12 the ideal device for high-quality large-format transfers in high volumes.

The two worktables are positioned one above the other on an electric linear system that moves them alternately into the heat transfer press. When one worktable is in the transfer area inside the TPD12 housing, the other worktable is ready for preparing or removing transfers. The user can choose between different operating modes – automatic or manual. They are protected against injury by extensive safety features, including an emergency stop switch and two-hand operation. TPD12 enables cost-effective and efficient production of large-format transfers in high quantities.
