STAHLS' | EZ Weeding™ Table

Stahls’ EZ Weeding™ Table is a device designed and patented by Stahls USA to make weeding (removing unnecessary elements) from vinyl easier. The heated table significantly increases productivity. It can save up to 80% of the time spent preparing vinyl for application. The table is designed for use with many types of vinyl; thanks to its three temperature settings, it can be used with both flex and flock vinyl, solvent-printed materials, and all kinds of advertising self-adhesive vinyl (monomeric, polymeric, stencil, and window films)

When heated by the table, the material becomes more flexible, does not crack, and is much easier to weed. After gentle heating, the adhesive also becomes weaker, making work with the vinyl easier and increasing productivity
