OLFA® | CM A3 Model Cutting Mat

Self-healing cutting mats are an original OLFA technology that uses the ability of the mat’s outer layers to close cuts made in them. These layers are made of soft PVC, allowing the blade to effectively cut through the material as it penetrates the mat while remaining sharp for longer. The mat’s core is made of hard PVC, reducing the risk of cutting through it and protecting the worktop from damage. The mat’s slightly rough surface prevents the material being cut from slipping.

OLFA mats are manufactured exclusively in Japan from specially selected, high-purity plastics. As a result, they are particularly durable and ensure maximum blade life.

Storage and use:

• Store mats flat - do not bend or roll them
  Protect mats from heat - do not iron on them
  Do not leave mats in sunny locations
  Do not use mats for cutting with the MC-45 and MC-45/DX knives
