OLFA® | CM-A3 HALF Cutting Mat

The self-healing CM-A3 half mat, 2 mm thick, complements the CM series of mats designed for cutting with moderate pressure using snap-off knives, scalpels and circle cutters.
The mat's unusual dimensions allow longer cuts without taking up the table with a CM-A3 mat.
The mat is two-colored: the light gray side makes it easier to cut dark objects, while the dark gray side improves the visibility of light elements.
The mat features centimeter markings.

 

Self-healing cutting mats are OLFA's original technology, using the ability of the mat's outer layers to close cuts made in them.
These layers are made of soft PVC, so as the blade penetrates the mat, it effectively cuts through the material and stays sharp longer.
The mat's hard PVC core reduces the risk of cutting through it, protecting the work surface from damage.
The mat's slightly rough surface prevents the material being cut from slipping.

Storage and use:

• Store mats flat—do not fold or roll them
  Protect mats from heat—do not iron on them
  Do not leave mats in sunny locations
  Do not use mats for cutting with the MC-45 and MC-45/DX knives
