The membrane version of the Secabo TC5 and TC7 SMART presses, equipped with Bluetooth, expands the possibilities for heat transfer work. Innovative solutions have been designed to achieve even greater efficiency while maintaining ease of use. The latest Secabo TC5 and TC7 automatic press models are equipped with a Bluetooth interface, which enables press control via the free Secabo Smart Transfer app while providing access to additional functions.
This allows users to enter the type of fabric or other transfer material (plates, sheets, wood, pvc, cardboard), after which operating parameters such as temperature and time are transferred to the press through the Smart Transfer app.
Additional functions, such as the number of applications and warning functions, make the app a valuable assistant.  The Secabo TC5 SMART offers a work surface measuring 38 x 38 cm, while the Secabo TC7 SMART measures 40 x 50 cm. The modular design of the Secabo press enables quick and easy installation of work plates in various formats, as well as expansion with additional options such as:

- quick-change system and interchangeable additional work tables

- Secabo Slide Extension system, allowing alternating work on up to three plates

- lasers for print positioning

Key features of the membrane plate:

This model is equipped with a passive membrane as standard.
This creates new possibilities for using transfer presses, particularly when working with uneven objects containing numerous seams, buttons, zippers, etc.
The membrane can be easily inflated, correcting unevenness and imperfections in the material onto which the transfer will be applied.
The pressing force is adjusted using a large handwheel located at the top of the heating plate. It can also be changed using the valve located in the membrane.
After the press is closed, the pressure gauge displays the current pressing force in grams per square centimeter.
The TC5 and TC7 in the SMART MEMBRANE version enable precise reading and repeatable pressure settings.
The modular design enables quick and easy installation of interchangeable plates, quick replacement and extension of the guide.
