A small printer packed with features

To protect the printhead, the device features a white ink circulation system. Its circulation prevents pigment from settling and clogging the printheads, ensuring smooth printing and excellent white quality on transfers. Thanks to it, the ink is always ready for use, eliminating downtime and ensuring production reliability. An advanced oven for automatic production

In addition to the printer, the production line consists of an automatic oven with an integrated powder shaker. The oven’s key advantage over other devices of this type is its advanced air filter, which allows the device to be placed in an enclosed room without the need to install an exhaust system. Its special design makes maximum use of warm-air circulation, so the oven housing does not heat up as much and does not raise the room temperature. This solution also means that the device consumes significantly less power. Up to 30% less than competing ovens for curing DTF prints!

At the end of the line, there is a roller that automatically tensions and winds the film passing through the oven. This not only makes work easier but also enables fully automated production. The oven settings are controlled using a controller with a touchscreen display.
