The Zodiac Starter set with a curing oven is the ideal solution for beginning your DTF printing journey. The printer is a compact desktop device. It is equipped with one Epson F1080 printhead in a CMYK+WW configuration. The film feeder can operate in two modes: as a sheet feeder or as a roll-film feeder. The printer comes with a small, flat sheet oven.

In the most basic version, you can print on A3 sheets, apply adhesive powder manually and cure them in the oven included with the set. However, when this solution is no longer sufficient, there is nothing to stop you from upgrading the set to a fast production line! Our offer also includes an automatic oven with a powder shaker. In this configuration, printing takes place from a roll, which is fed directly into the shaker and then into the oven. The result of such a line is prints ready for application.

A printer that will surprise you with its functionality

The printer included in the Zodiac Starter set is a small desktop device that hides a true beast under its housing. The film feeder can operate in two modes, and switching between them requires no modifications to the device. Depending on your needs and expectations, you can therefore use it as a sheet or roll printer.

To protect the printhead, the printer features a white ink circulation system. Its circulation system prevents pigment from settling and clogging the printheads, ensuring smooth printing and excellent white quality on transfers. Thanks to it, the ink is always ready for use, eliminating downtime and ensuring reliable production.

Compact oven

The set also includes a compact, flat oven for curing prints. The oven's heating plate measures 45 x 34 cm. It can therefore accommodate prints on A3 sheets while leaving a clear margin of heating surface, making prints easier to insert and remove. Despite its small dimensions, the oven has one important advantage. It is equipped with an air filter, allowing it to operate indoors without an additional exhaust system for contaminants generated during operation. The ergonomic handle allows the oven to be opened and closed freely even when it is hot.
