What is UV DTF?

UV DTF is a digital printing method for applying self-adhesive graphics in any shape. The printed graphic is immediately ready for use. It is suitable for application to many materials, such as glass, metal and plastic, as well as wood and flexible materials.

The UV DTF printing method involves applying the print to a special adhesive film (film A), followed by automatically covering it with a transfer film (film B). Once the printed film is removed from the printer, the stickers are ready for use. 

The main advantages of UV DTF printing compared to printing on self-adhesive film include:

• no need to cut out the sticker contours, remove the excess material or laminate
• increased mechanical durability without the need for lamination
• 3D effect - the stickers are raised and have a perceptible texture
• can be applied to glass, plastic, metal, wood, ceramics, leather and many other materials0
• better adhesion to plastics than standard print-and-cut film
• better resistance to mechanical damage than vinyl stickers
• can be applied to cylindrical and spherical surfaces
