CHROMATEC | Subli Flex A4

Chromatec SubliFlex is a material designed for sublimation prints on dark fabrics and cotton knits.

Highly durable when washed (min. 50 cycles), this material is designed for printing with sublimation printers. It delivers good color and contrast reproduction and is very elastic.

Application:
Print the image in mirror image
It is recommended to cut out the image with a plotter and remove unnecessary, unprinted elements.
Heat the T-shirt for min. 5 seconds under a press to remove moisture and chemicals from the T-shirt

Place the SubliFlex film on the T-shirt, with the printed side facing the T-shirt

Cover the design with several (4-6) sheets of regular white paper before pressing 

Press for 10 seconds at a temperature of 180C with firm pressure (approx. 5 bar.)

Remove the transfer paper while cold

Place the T-shirt under the press again, covering it with paper (e.g. Kraft Paper)  and cure the image for 30 seconds (180°C)

To achieve a high-gloss effect, skip removing the transfer paper. Instead, after 10 seconds of pressing, remove the white paper sheets and press again using Kraft Paper for 30 seconds

Temp 200°C
Time 10-15 sec.
Press pressure - high

Recommended for materials:
Cotton, optionally cotton blends (tests should be performed beforehand for each type of fabric)

Washing:
max 40°C, turned inside out.
