CHROMATEC | Subli Flex A3

Chromatec SubliFlex is a material designed for sublimation prints on dark cotton fabrics and knits.

Highly wash-resistant material (min. 50 cycles) for printing with sublimation printers. It reproduces colors and contrast well and is highly elastic.

Printing:
Print the image in mirror image
It is recommended to cut out the image with a plotter and remove any unnecessary, unprinted elements.
Heat the shirt for min. 5 seconds under the press to remove moisture and chemicals from the shirt

Place the SubliFlex film on the shirt with the print facing toward the shirt

Cover the design with several (4-6) sheets of regular white paper before heat pressing

Heat press for 10 seconds at 180C with strong pressure (approx. 5 bar.)

Remove the transfer paper while cold

Place the shirt under the press again, covering it with paper (e.g. Kraft Paper) and cure the image for 30 seconds (180°C)

To achieve a high-gloss effect, skip removing the transfer paper. Instead, after 10 seconds of pressing, remove the white paper sheets and press additionally using Kraft Paper for 30 seconds

Application:
Temp 200°C
Time 10-15 sec.
Press pressure - high

Recommended for materials:
Cotton, possibly cotton blends (tests should be performed beforehand for each type of fabric)

Washing:
max 40°C, turned inside out.
