Plotter Vulcan FC-500VC
The modern Vulcan flatbed plotter is an excellent tool for the small-batch production of unique packaging. The vacuum worktable allows materials to be cut through, while the two tool holders enable simultaneous cutting and creasing. This equipment allows for efficient packaging production and fast finishing. The professional SignCut software supplied with the plotter can be fitted with a plug-in enabling direct cooperation with programs such as Corel Draw and Illustrator.
The CCD camera and digital print positioning system enable precise cutting of cardboard. The high cutting precision also allows more precise operations, such as perforating.
The device comes with a quiet vacuum pump, while the extensive interface allows data to be stored in external memory. As a result, the plotter does not require a permanent connection to a computer and is ideal cutting equipment for small workshops.
Sticker and label plotter Vulcan SC-350
If you are interested in co-packing and labelling, you cannot stop at the packaging. The second device from Vulcan is designed to guarantee fast and precise cutting of labels and stickers.
The contour-cutting plotter handles sheets up to 35x50 cm. This means it can easily cut A3+ sheets. Moreover, like the Vulcan FC-500VC, this model is equipped with a CCS camera and a digital print positioning system. Label cutting is therefore not only fast—even up to 1200 mm/s!—but also exceptionally accurate.
The Vulcan SC-350 can store operating files on external memory, allowing it to operate independently of a computer. This is convenient for small workshops, but also helps maintain workstation ergonomics in larger companies whose task is finishing and packaging.
Heat-transfer papers
If you produce or decorate unusual packaging that does not necessarily have to be made of cardboard and an ordinary sticker will not satisfy you, you can choose from one of many heat-transfer papers. Packaging made of wood, glass, plywood, metal and many other materials can be marked, for example, using Flexi Trans paper. An alternative, appreciated by model makers among others, may be Ultima decal paper in a transparent or white version.
