ULTIMA FILM™ | Metallic PUFF

Ultima Metallic Puff is a film for printing on garments with a raised print effect.

This special version of PUFF film is available in metallic colors, creating very interesting print effects. The material should be cut with a plotter in the same way as standard flex film, using a 45° blade.

Application is performed using a heat transfer press, and the raised print effect is created during heat pressing.

Ultima Metallic Puff film should be applied at a temperature of 165 degrees for approximately 10-20, then the film backing should be removed while warm and heat pressing should be repeated using an additional separator made of kraft paper or a Teflon sheet.
Prints can be made on cotton, polyester and blended garments to achieve unique effects. Ultima Metallic Puff film is completely opaque and has medium flexibility. Wash at temperatures up to 40°C.
