ULTIMA FILM™ | Glow

Photoluminescent plotter flex (glow-in-the-dark). It is characterized by a long glow time and high brightness compared with other films of this type. Thanks to its multilayer construction, this flex is quite thin and remains soft to the touch after application to textiles. The film has an adhesive backing, making it easy to cut and weed even the smallest designs. 

MATERIAL FEATURES:

Thickness:
160 microns, may have an additional protective film layer on the adhesive side

Pressing time:
10 - 12 seconds / 150°C, warm peel

Applications:
Cotton and polyester-blend garments (applications on polyester are possible after prior testing).

Colors:
Light green / white (during the day) Yellow-green (at night)

Opacity:
Fully opaque

Adhesive on the carrier:
Medium

APPLICATION:

Cutting:
In mirror image

Pressing time:
16 seconds / 160°C (it is important to preheat the fabric for 2-3 seconds to remove the garment impregnation)

Press pressure:
Medium

Removing the carrier film:
Warm

Washing:
up to 60°C

Storage:
For the best application results, the material should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
