A spring shower of new products from Secabo!
May brought us a true wave of new products in the Secabo lineup. The German manufacturer is expanding its already broad range of presses even further, adding several cutters and true all-in-one machines for mug production. All products except the cutters will go on sale in July. It is already worth taking a look at them.

Let’s take a closer look at what Secabo has to offer.
The heat press range has been expanded with several models featuring 40x50cm worktables. The first is the TD7 LITE. This simple, manual dual-station press is different from the manufacturer’s previous dual-station presses. This time, it is not a premium press with pneumatic drive, but a much simpler and less expensive device. It is undoubtedly an interesting alternative for those for whom one work station is no longer sufficient but who, due to financial, space or environmental limitations, cannot or do not want to choose a more expensive and larger press with a noisy pneumatic drive.
The next press is the TPS7 SMART. This is another completely new device in the Bavarian manufacturer’s lineup. The pneumatic version joins the well-known semi-automatic side-opening presses from the TS7 series. It is therefore an interesting, faster and more convenient option.
The press lineup is rounded out by the new model from the TPD7 series. What distinguishes it from older versions is its integrated laser positioning system. So, if the positioning lasers set up around your press are constantly getting in the way, the flagship dual-station pneumatic press with an advanced SMART controller now includes positioning as standard.
The expanded cutter lineup includes the third, improved generation of the popular T60. This new version of the device is based on a new QAPTUR mark recognition system—up to 40% faster than its predecessor. As usual, the set includes free DrawCut, worth 1000 zlotys.
A new addition to the cutter lineup is the BladeX2—equipped with two cutting heads, this device can kiss-cut or cut through film completely. Naturally, you can use it to cut DTF transfers, as well as flex and flock film. Nothing prevents you from using the BladeX2 as a label cutter. It is undoubtedly a highly versatile device that will fit perfectly into almost any business.
An intriguing new product is the DTF MultiTrim PRO trimmer. The ideal device for high-volume DTF production. It efficiently cuts out individual pieces, while its cut-line tracking system ensures that they are not cut when the film or prints shift. The fast, easy-to-use controller means the device can be set up in no time, allowing you to focus on what matters most—production.
The real bombshell in the new lineup, however, is the mini-series of mug-printing devices. MugWrap and MugPro let us see Secabo from a completely new perspective. These are not small devices for medium-volume production, but two true all-in-one machines capable of labeling 360 mugs per hour! MugWrap applies transfers to mugs, while MugPro heat-presses them. Both devices are fully automatic, and apart from inserting and removing the mug, you will not have to do anything at all. MugPro even cools the mug after application so that production does not have to slow down, even at the final stage of the production line. Take a look at these two beasts!
