The First Fully Complete DTF 2.0 Line

The set consists of a 45 or 60cm DTF printer, a new economical powder shaker module, and a flatbed plotter with a moving belt for cutting prints into individual pieces. The following features, not yet offered by any other manufacturer, distinguish this fully automated line from competing devices:

Printhead safety

- New | The auto-maintenance system keeps the printheads in good condition by automatically flushing the cap tops with cleaner

- A more efficient white ink circulation system, additionally equipped with two extra ink pumps for greater efficiency

- The film tension control system ensures the correct parameters for material fed into and received from the printer

Economical adhesive powdering module

- The internal hot-air circulation system saves up to 40% energy

- A set of built-in carbon filters enables safe operation without the need to extract and remove fumes

- The built-in dehumidifier increases device efficiency

High productivity

- A fast flatbed plotter with vacuum and a moving belt is used to automatically cut a large number of pieces in a very short time

Heat transfer press

The set includes a dedicated pneumatic heat transfer press, ensuring correctly applied prints on garments
