STAHLS' CAD-CUT® | Premium Plus

CAD-CUT Premium Plus is a modern, thin and highly stretchable heat transfer material with a matte finish and excellent processing properties. It can be applied to many different materials, and its properties ensure very fast processing. It is an excellent material for anyone requiring fast application at low temperatures. Premium Plus provides excellent coverage and is also ideal for multicolor (multilayer) applications.

NOTE: New adhesive formula in the carrier layer - Premium Plus New features a strongly adhesive backing that enables cutting even very small elements while retaining the best features of Premium Plus - a matte finish and high elasticity. Only new, sharp plotter blades should be used for cutting.

CAD-CUT Premium Plus is made of 100% polyurethane (PU) and is 90 microns thick. Roll width - 50cm
Some materials in the Premium Plus series are also available in a Sublistop version, characterized by increased resistance to pigment migration from the fabric to the application.

Application parameters:

• 10 seconds /  130℃ - backing removed while warm.
• 5 seconds / 150℃ - backing removed after five seconds.

Multilayer application:

First layer and subsequent layers: press for 3-5 seconds. Final layer: 18-20 seconds. Backing removed cold.

Adhesive on the carrier:
Yes, strong IP 9*IP - Adhesion Index - a metric developed by Viscar demonstrating the delamination strength of the film (adhesive strength of the backing to the PU layer), IP 9 = 2,84 N/20mm

Storage:
For best application results, the material should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Cutting notes:

Cutting Premium Plus heat transfer film requires original, sharp blades. The plotter must also be configured correctly:
